Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 8, 2026

Welcome to EduSphere. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and e-learning services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms in full.

1. Accounts and Enrollment

  • Learner Accounts: Students can browse courses without registration, but must sign up to purchase courses, track learning progress, participate in Q&A forums, or subscribe to the All-Access Pass.
  • Tutor Accounts: Instructors can register to create courses, upload lesson videos, and host live webinars. Tutor accounts are subject to administrative vetting and approval before their courses can go live on the platform.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

2. Payments and Billing

  • Individual Courses: Premium courses are priced individually and can be purchased for lifetime access.
  • All-Access Pass: The VIP All-Access Pass is a one-time subscription charge ($199) that grants the student instant unlock privileges on all current and future premium catalog courses.
  • API Gateways: Payments on EduSphere are audited and verified through Paystack (USD) and Pesapal (USD) merchant APIs. All fees are final unless otherwise specified in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, code snippets, documentation, Q&A replies, and webinars provided on the platform are the intellectual property of EduSphere and its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial education.

Tutors are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have the proper licensing rights to any materials (including up to 10 video uploads per lesson) they publish on the platform.

4. Video Uploads and Auto-compression

By uploading video classes to EduSphere, instructors acknowledge and agree that our system dynamically performs automated compression algorithms to optimize file sizes for high-performance bandwidth consumption. The compression process is simulated to reduce data payloads by up to 65% while preserving visual clarity for learners.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must behave respectfully on all Q&A discussion forums. EduSphere reserves the right to deactivate, suspend, or disapprove any student or instructor account that violates our community guidelines, posts malicious code scripts, or engages in harassment.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduSphere provides courses, webinars, and interactive code sandboxes on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted system access or that courses will guarantee specific career outcomes.
